When you receive your package, please check it immediately to decide if you are satisfied with it. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. For full returns, please email our customer service service@markchic.com, our customer service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reasons for return. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return/exchange items due to quality issues, damage during shipping and other issues must be including clear photos to show us the problems with the item received. Return service procedure: Read our return/exchange policy You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by markchic.com within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Return the order: Once we receive your return request, our customer service will check your order and ask you for some information about your order. Normally customer will cover the shipping charge for return if it’s not our error. Return order confirmation: Once we accept your return request, we will give you the return address; please write down the order number related with the items on the package and use a shipping method which could be tracked and send the tracking number to service@markchic.com. Received the return goods and release refund Once we received your returning parcel, we will release refund to your account within 2-3 days, and you will received your money depend on the processing procedure of your bank, it takes about two weeks.
